"I know you've deported one or two of them, but it seems crazy. I think there is worse to come, something terrible will happen to either America or the U.K., or France even. I don't think these fundamentalists should be allowed to talk all this crap, and brainwashing these young kids."Oh, Mickey you're so fine!

He tells the publication, "President Bush was in the wrong place at the wrong time, I don't know how anyone could have handled this situation. ... "It's too easy to blame everything on one guy. These are unpredictable, dangerous times, and I don't think that anyone really knows quite what to do."Uh, oh, Mickey! You're just now getting out of Hollywood's doghouse, and talking truth and common sense is a sure way to get put back in... /g

Is it just me, or does the headline say something completely different than the article?

I know nothing of this guy. He could either really think that 9/11 presented such challenges that any President would have struggled in such time (Bush did the best anyone could), or he could be trying to lower expectations for Øbama (No one, even The One™ could handle this).

When reading these reviews of Bush's Presidency, I find that one very important fact seems to be ignored; Bush was RE-ELECTED, by a majority of both popular and electoral votes, in 2004. The Iraq War, including the WMD issue, began in the Spring of 2003.
True, there were second term issues, including Iraq. But, IMHO, if an article is a review of Bush's PRESIDENCY, any fair analysis should at least mention his re-election in 2004.

It’s simple really. Bush is a Republican. The media (and the democrats) hate Republicans and will do and say anything to discredit and demonize them If it had happened during Clinton’s term even if he had done exactly what Bush did, it would have been seen as outstanding and successful.
