We've reached the final game of the college football season. I know that we've had some arguments regarding who really should be the national champion (and due to my own bias I've tried to stay away from it). But anyway, somebody decided #'s 1 and 2 for this game a long time ago and here they are.

The BCS National Championship Game: Florida vs. Oklahoma (8:00 pm, FOX) The last two Heisman trophy winners take to the turf for the waterford crystal shaped football from Sears (or at least it used to be from Sears). Leading up to this game, we've heard about who really should be the top ranked team and I'll say this. One, possibly both of these two teams can end any argument tonight. We know the offensive playmakers by now. Tim Tebow. Sam Bradford. Jermaine Gresham. Lewis Murphy. Juaquin Iglesias. But will the defenses even matter tonight?

Utah? USC? Penn State? Texas?
Who cares about those loser teams anyway?!
I’m sick of listening to you all yap on and on about who should be #1.
There’s only one team that can handily beat all of ‘em.
The University of Minnesota Golden Gophers! Runners-up in the 2008 Insight Bowl!
Uhhhh OK, now where did I put those psychedelic mushrooms again...?

OU is shooting themselves in the foot by not cutting Sam Bradford loose, letting him call the plays or at least go with the one that he has when they line up. They might as well be in the huddle instead of all lined-up and basically set, then look to the sideline coach and call a new play. If they could basically move the ball fairly easily with that so-called hurry-up offense, gotta wonder what OU could do if they ran a REAL hurry-up.
Hey, Stoops: let the OU Offense BE the OU Offense. It scored 60+ points in each of it’s last 5 games and 50+ in the game before that streak started. Why are you holding them back now?
If you have a Heisman QB who can move and throws great on the run, how can they not roll Bradford out, at least one of those plays down there? Some tight end would be wide open.
I wonder how Meyer is gonna fix the O line of UF and give Tim some time. The OU Defense has been far more successful than I thought they would. Good stuff.
No bet. The AP will rightfully sabotage the idiotic BCS again. The Liberal Messiah will probably either get legislation to force the NCAA to adopt a playoff system or sue them over the BCS violating federal antitrust laws.
So far this game has been horribly played by both teams.
Snore fest for the ages.
Agreed. Neither one of them acts like they want it. I’m seriously beginning to think that Utah has a real shot at being named champ. I might say that Texas had a shot but they didn’t beat OSU convincingly enough.
I’m been trying to figure out if this is a genuine defensive struggle or if these are two great programs playing bad football.
OU waited too long. Here comes Tebow!!
Yeah I was wrong! USC beats both these teams by 30
So far this game is a major letdown. I think USC would blow out either one of these teams by what I have seen to this point.
What is going on here? Nerves? Not playing to full energy level?
This is pretty boring.....
Ouch!! Bad facemask right there. Looks like the Gators will score here.
Two of my sons and all my damn money go to OU, I think that Tebow is the best player in college football (and an even more impressive human being), but I won’t argue with anyone who says USC would badly beat either of these teams tonight.
I’m busy boycotting the BCS.
But okay, now let’s have USC play Utah for the REAL national championship.
It’s a simple matter of matchups. These two teams counter each other pretty well.
Any given day any team can win.
