The irony of this story is that if they could figure out how to use this “hormone imbalance” as a menas to produce weight loss it would become a multi-billion dollar money maker.

Everyone I knew with pancreatic cancer lost tons of weight too.
And then, of course, they died. Even my friend who had very slow-growing cancer.

The sad but true reality is Jobs is in fact dying, you can tell by just looking at him. Sadly he is either delusional or both he and the company are so concerned about profit losses that they are lying to the public and their share holders in order to hide the truth.

I thought it was nonsense, until I read he had part of his pancreas taken out.
This not only messes up your insulin, but removes the enzymes needed to digest food...there is a treatment, which is to take the digestive enzymes by mouth...but the diabetes caused by the procedure can be hard to control...
