Israel continues its incursions and attacks on Palestinian terrorists, AKA Hamas, in Gaza.
And many of us regroup after a busy season with Family and Friends in December.
You are so right about that. I need to hurry and decide where I want my two new azaleas to go. I’m thinking toward the back along the property line.
What a feast!! Now I’m going to have to go down stairs and fix me up something, not that grand, but something at least.

Good morning! A little chilly here. My 2 middle granddaughters are walking to my house at 6:45 to eat breakfast and catch a bus at 7:45. This is a permanent arrangement. So I should be saying “hi” to y’all each morning now.
That’s nice. You get to see them every day, but don’t have too much of a time commitment. Is this the easiest with the bus schedules and work skeds?

I figured it was some sort of trapezical-high wire involved something-like-that. Some things just don’t make sense and we’re better of accepting the status quo. At least for a little while.

Amazing, a all Clinton staff running the new government, who would ever have ‘thunk’ it. Ole Bill has his hands right in the middle, along with Hill-O-Ree which now seems to have won the presidential election. In other words, ole Obama does not have any idea what he is doing. We are in for a bumpy ride folks, a real bumpy one.
Gotta run into town to take GS to school when come back and do some fire ant killing, they are everywhere and talking about hurt, let a few of those rascals bite you and you know it, Just another ‘vomit’ coming from another country on a freighter, started in Mobile from a few store aways ants and are tkinging the nation by each little bite which hurts bad, thus, the name ‘fire ant’.
Hate to pass this on to you ‘yankees’ but getting in the high 70’s here today, what else can you alk for, grits, fatback, taters, coffee that can fly a jet (strong), chickens clucking, roosters crowing, dogs lying on the front porch scratching fleas, cats layed out sleeping late, birds chirping (except for the two crows that nag the heck out of you), NO rain, just a wonderful, lazy Mississippi day in store for us.

I keep a supply of Amdro on hand at all times. As soon as I see a mound, it gets covered. Those things are vicious.
Being a crazy barefoot or sandals girl, I am never in Florida for more than a day before I get my first ant bite. Awful creatures.
The little girls were so excited to be here and to ride the bus.
