Ed Hale of Plains Radio has secured a copy of the Dunham/Obama divorce decree as promised. He has registered this at the courthouse and has turned the document over to lawyers who are reported to be happy and enthused over the contents.
This is the first page. This is all that can be divulged at this time as those who have seen the decree are sworn to silence. You may hear information about it tonight on Ed's plainsradio show.

What is the proof? I’ve been listening for about 10 minutes and he has not mentioned it.
They’re saying that someone found a name on the divorce decree that had never been seen before, and this will lead to the birth certificate.
If this is all a scam, they sure are putting on a show with all the people confirming Ed’s info and all the crying.
8pm central time is what the guy said.
He says another hour and a half before we get the documents. He says once they found the name that Stanley Ann had used it took them about four hours to track “him” down ...

Sounds interesting. Particularly the part where they found Obama’s mother using an alias no one had ever seen before and that cracked things open.
I’m thinking: Could this be the reason Hillary didn’t dig anything up???
He was not legally married to the woman in Kenya. It was a “Tribal” marraige not recognized by the British Government, the government that presided over Obama Sr.
So he wasn’t really and technically married.

I don’t want to convince anyone of whether Obama is one thing or another. That’s not been my issue. My issue has been that there needs to be proof to take to court and have it judged in a court and then we say we *know* what the situation is.
In other words, we act on what we *know* and not on what we *suppose*. If someone actually *knew* what the situation was we wouldn’t be talking about this whole issue. It’s the very fact that one does not “know”.
But, by the same token, the other Presidents (most of them) have not had to bring out a birth certificate for examination in a court. Now, maybe there was one or two or more who had to submit one to a court — I really don’t know. Perhaps someone can point me to another President who had to do this.
If there is one — then — that one could be used as a “precedent” in this matter. But, unless I’m mistaken, I don’t think you’ll find a President where he was required to show a birth certificate to a court of law to verify his eligibility.
Please..., give me a precedent, using that other President, whomever he was.
THEN — we *might* have a handle on something...

To answer you more specifically — directly to the question — I’m not trying to prove that he is qualified and I’m not trying to prove he’s not qualified. I’m asking for the proof, one way or the other...
