Poor man’s soup.

Ham bone
tomatoes—stewed or diced
onion—chopped
rice

Add all together and simmer til rice is done. Leftover rice works great in this because it’s already cooked.

Daughter moved to Pennsylvania for a couple months. I did not like it! After she moved back home, she moved a couple miles away. Didn’t like that much either. Now she and #1 son live at the end of our driveway, one on each side. MUCH better!
