I love today’s pretty birds and their ‘homes’! And the poem is wonderful! Our homes are indeed filled with so many memories, both happy ones and sad ones.

I’ve managed to get pretty good mileage out of a cup of coffee... 1 cup = an hour of light work, 2 cups = an hour of med work, and 3 cups = an hour of work and play.

Think I’ll go grind some more beans...

We had a big discussion about coffee and tea this morning. I drink coffee in the morning with fat-free Coffemate. Lori said she wished she was so disciplined. I told her if I cut back on little things I could eat more chocolate! I put a sprinkle (barely) of Splenda in mine sometime.

I was telling them I could never find a tea that I liked. Fewz offered some suggestions and Lori did too. I couldn’t find what Fewz suggested so I got Lori’s suggestion “Constant Comment” by Bigelow. It is flavored with oranges and sweet spice. I am going to try that. I just noticed I bought decaffeinated and didn’t mean to. It doesn’t matter.

I tried signing on earlier but you know what happened. Yes, Shannen and Erica were my top picks for leaving, even at the first episode, lol.

I might skip a couple of episodes and see how they’re doing when it’s down to 4 or 5.

Looking at your holidays for today - we had "our" Penguin Day last week, didn't we! The first picture of the dog in Hawaiian dress is so cute - though I just noticed her 'bra' -LOL! "Baby" coconuts?

And I just want to say that Hot Pastrami Sandwiches are one of my favorites! Yummm!

I don't know the answer but I would bet you dollars to donuts that just off-camera there's a pile of birdseed and a feathered diner.

You can tell by the intense eyes and body tension.

I have used coffee filters for cleaning mirrors and quick counter clean ups..I use the cone shapped ones now and forgot how handy the other filters are..Gonna buy some next visit to the store.
