The headache almost went away. Then, another bout of hacking. The ice cream does help stop the coughing. The Delsym didn’t. I wish it had. BTW, I hate orange flavor. LD said, “oh, sorry, Mom. They also had grape.” She made the right choice. I hate grape flavor so much that I almost threw up when I had my first communion. I was really praying about that!
I was in so much today, I totally forgot that I had some lortab in the drawer. That might have helped.

FWIW - what you have seems almost epidemic here. And just lingers. There truly seems to be no difference for those who opt for Medcal care or self treat - so likely a virus. Just trying to curb nasty symptoms while the bodies immune system does its work is wise
We use the old honey & apple cider vinegar for coughs - mostly for mom as it has been decades since I have had a coughing situation.
Most of hers is phlegm/allergy related anyway but the combo seems to soothe & break up the mucus & I am sure rich in healing qualities.

Consecutive parties around here on New Years Eve and New Years Day. Thank goodness we no longer imbibe or I’d feel lousy, as is, we are doing well here.
LOL! Can it be that the festive season is over? I kinda hoped it would keep going as its end ushers in....you-know-what. I’m going to be hiding from the news the next 3 -4 weeks. Best to adapt slowly and carefully...
