This is Um Sa'aad (mother of Sa'aad, and probably 13 other ugly, anti-American kids), the sexy sister of Iraqi urinalist Muntadar Al-Zeidi, the guy who threw shoes at President Bush and should probably get a try-out with the Dearborn Jihadists NFL Expansion Team.
