And in this case, unless the issue is raised by the senate to ask the Supremes for guidance, the US Supreme will not take a position.

We need to Stand strong and defend the constitution

Isn't that what the president swears an oath on the bible to do, as well?

Alito, Roberts, Scalia and Thomas will vote to hear the case.

But I'm afraid that that's as far as this case will go, unless one of the other five decides to base his decision on the Constitution.

From the perspective of the Constitution, the only “election” that matters is that conducted by the Electoral College, and it hasn’t voted yet.

Personally I believe that Obama himself has promised cross country rioting if he is not install as president.

It is the threat he used on Hillary, McCain, and anyone else that has dared to challenge him or his citizenship throughout the Campaign. He promised a Mutual assured destruction if anyone went there, specifically to John McCain before the second debate and I am sure he continues to promise riots in the streets if he is stopped from his “destiny”. Behind him are men like Ayers and Soros that thrist for the blood of Americans spilled in the streets so that they can destroy this country and all it stands for.

Frankly I believe that Obama and his mentors have cruelly miscalculated what will happen and that they do not have the power to force a putsch across this country, it’s not uncommon either, these sort of revolutionaries never know how to create the right conditions they only hope that their audacity carries them along and into power. It rarely happens that way, most revolutions are bloody failures The first time....

I do not see a problem if SCOTUS were to rule O ineligible with a ruling to uphold 'natural born' with the explanation for the decision.

Though never in the history of this nation for that to occur, it simply points out the incompetence and deceit now encompassing our government.

The court would not officially invalidate O for POTUS, they would lay that responsibility directly into the hands of the Congress to act to remove O from POTUS consideration.

As to who is decided to be the next president, well, the 20th amendment makes that call for Biden (scary).

I think that deficiency was discovered and addressed in the 20th amendment.

You're correct, I shoulda read the later amendments more carefully. I still don't think the SCOTUS will rule in a manner that forces that amendment. And it is certainly no remedy for the victory of the left in the election. We still get Acting President Biden until the SCOTUS determines a remedy.

Here is a quiz (it assumes that Obama was born in Kenya):

Name two famous politicians who had American mothers and fathers who were British citizens and were born outside the United States.

Answer: Barak Obama and Winston Churchill.

So if you think that Obama meets the constitutional requirements to be President they you must concede that Winston Churchill did also.

To hear a case only four Justices need to agree, not five.

What irony - Bush was incorrectly considered an “illegitimate” President by the Left because the SCOTUS ruled that the Florida Supreme Court did not rule properly about the recount (equal protection of all the voters and all that). Now we may have a case where the SCOTUS will punt and we’ll have an illegimate President de facto because BHO never proved he was eligible to take office and no one forced the issue for fear of being called a RACIST.

Just one note on Obama’s mama. What a precocious young woman. She allegedly takes some college class about the Soviet Union, and this 17 year old meets a 25 year old student from Kenya. A year later, she gives birth to Obama. If she did go to Kenya to have her baby, it was very purposeful when you consider the conditions of a hospital in Mombasa compared with Honolulu. How long was she in Kenya before she gave birth? Probably several months because in 1961, you sure wouldn’t have been allowed on an airplane making that trip half way around the world 8 or 9 months pregant. The truth is still out there, and it would make quite a made-for-tv movie. If the FBI and CIA wanted to know who I was hanging out with back in the 1960s, No Problem. Some people in very high places are sitting on the truth and that is how they will control Obama.

The democRAT's electors are going to vote for Obama, regardless of his eligibility, the Constitution be damned as far as the left is concerned.

That point seems to be missed by a lot of folks.

He can seal and hide but we all know NOTHING stays secret. The sh!t will hit the fan if it comes to pass that he was not eligible. He’s a so called Constitution Lawyer, it would mean he purposely set out to dupe the entire country and all of his enablers, the Dems would be just as culpable. They would have blood on their hands for real. We are at a boiling point as it is now.

Everyone Obama appoints will have this qualification question dog them as a matter of course

Not with the Democrats in control of the House and Senate.

I agree and think they would have miscalculated if they believe that Obama would be kept in power by rioting and violence. For one thing, I think a lot of blacks will be very angry - at OBAMA and the DNC. They will be angry about this fraud and about the way they were manipulated. African Americans resent foreign-born Africans who try to take credit for the achievements of the former, and I think Obama will be perceived as an arrogant African. In addition, I think they’ll recall that he’s half white, to make it even worse.

Also, I think the fact that the Cabinet is full of Clinton appointees and people who have been around for awhile shows that some of the old-line Dems are aware of this and have no intention of letting Obama’s forces stage a coup.
