I love the picture you framed of Marissa.

She is really growing into a young lady. Now if I can get her to quit acting like a tomboy. LOL

That sounds fun and exciting. I’ve looked for those Rhodes dinner rolls and have not found them in our WalMart.

I’ll pass on the cucumber sandwiches but will gladly join you for PB&J, Turkey and Swiss and the pimento cheese. Pimento cheese sandwiches reminds me of my childhood. It was always a treat when my Mom bought it.

Marissa tried the tea with milk and sugar Sunday. The other girls had apple cider. I asked if she liked it and she said yes but I’m not sure that she was exactly truthful. :)

It's Icy and Cold where I am, but my Doggie is Running and Playing through the Ice, just Filled with Energy and Joy! She had been Looking a Little Underweight Lately, but now has Put Some Meat on her Bones, and is Growing her Winter Coat. She is So Cute!

Hee-hee! Good thing I was off from work today, huh! I am making homemade veggie soup right now...and NEED to go do some much-ignored housework. This and tomorrow are my only real days off till after Christmas. Ugh! See ya later?

Hope so. :) I do need to make a run to the supermarket sometime this afternoon. (want to get stuff for SOUP!)  :) Too late to make for dinner this evening, but I'll get it going in the morning. I am cooking blackeyed peas though, and it makes a good soup, with cornbread. :)

As I was going up the stair,

LOL! Hi, MHGin! For some reason, I understood what Amy was saying. LOL!

I've never made scones, but I've eaten them many times and I like 'em! (But if we're gonna talk about 'confused' - yesterday's recipe for Lemon Cupcakes confused ME! LOL)

Thank you, Meg. I think I am a little tiny bit better today. I have done a few things and then I laid down a little while. Getting ready to vacuum the living room right now, so I can bring the vacuum down for the den. It was one of those things I decided to do later anyway.

I had to hunt for them because I couldn't remember 'where' I had uploaded them, but I think they're such pretty pictures of BOTH you AND Marissa.

She's still pretty as a picture - tomboy or not! :)
