Select Account,

select “manage blocks”

last item is “popular keywords” — change region from ‘disabled’ to location: left, right, top, or bottom.

That should cause it to show up. You may have to re-open your browser.

Do a keyword search for the search item you wish to add. That will bring up a page of articles using that keyword. At the bottom of the articles it says "Add to my page". If you click on that it brings up "My Page Layout". From there you can control where you want it placed on the page.

When you're ready scroll down and press Modify. It's now added to your page.
