select “manage blocks”

last item is “popular keywords” — change region from ‘disabled’ to location: left, right, top, or bottom.

That should cause it to show up. You may have to re-open your browser.

No, that's not it.... I already have popular keywords enabled. What I'm trying to do is add a specific "keyword:____" as one of my sidebar categories.

I've done it before -- I have "keyword: banglist" on my sidebar -- but it looks like the function was changed or upgraded since then.
