Urine Trouble -- Whizzinator Makers Plead Guilty

The two whizzes who created a device to beat drugs tests just learned a valuable lesson: You don't pee on the United States government out of a fake penis and tell 'em it's raining.

Robert Catalano and George Wills have just plead guilty in U.S. District Court for conspiring to sell the Whizzinator -- a prosthetic penis sold with a heating device and dried urine which, quite obviously, helps people fake their way through drug tests

Meanwhile President Bush just pardoned a rapper who was in jail for transporting 31 pounds of liquid cocaine in 2 briefcases (apparently he is so talented that Orin Hatch at Carley Simon appealed for him).

Wasn't it a commutation, not a pardon? A commutation reduces the sentence, in this case to 7 years or so from whatever the original sentence was, if I remember the article in the New York Post correctly. He still is a convicted felon, etc. Still not a good idea, but not nearly as bad as a pardon.
