My thoughts exactly. It doesn’t hurt to be polite. He could well be who he says he is — I don’t see any telltale signs of a troll in his two posts, several months apart, on the same topic. I wouldn’t really expect someone whose cousin was working as an armored truck guard to write like a highly educated person. Whether this particular poster is for real or not, do we really want to drive off new FReepers who come from walks of life where writing like this is the norm?
