Kim Jong-il reportedly attended N. Korean Military Art Performance Festival. Photos of performing soldiers were released by N. Korean media, but Kim's picture was not. The report was broadcast on Nov. 16, but the date of the event was not mentioned.

Oh now I get it, it was a typo when the NYT reported the Clinton administration had agreed on “accords” with the North Koreans.
No wonder Madam Albright was dancing with the dear leader.
