OBAMA ADMITS HE WAS BRITISH CITIZEN AT BIRTH - AS SUCH OBAMA IS NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN OF US

OBAMA ADMITS HE WAS A BRITISH CITIZEN "AT BIRTH" - AS SUCH, OBAMA IS NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES

Barack Obama's official web site, Fight The Smears, admits he was a British Citizen at birth. At the very bottom of the section of his web site that shows an alleged official Certification Of Live Birth, the web site lists the following information and link thereto: FactCheck.org Clarifies Barack’s Citizenship

“When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children.

Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.”

That is a direct admission Barack Obama was a British citizen "at birth".

His birth certificate would indicate a U.S. birth, making him a natural born U.S. citizen just like everyone else born here regardless of their parentage.

That is operationally correct, but that method is not Constitutional.

You know you two, there are those of us who have been working on items like this since the election really geared up. We've funneled information to the news networks that would listen for months and we've been vituperated from the beginning.

However, if we hadn't, the general public might never have known about Bill Ayers, Ayers manifesto “Prairie Fire”, Ayers stomping on the flag and claiming to be “guilty as hell and free as a bird,” Rev. Wright, Father Flegler, Soros, 0bama’s connections to ACORN, etc.......

AND...illegal campaign donations! I found the Gaza brothers $33k, Doodad Pro, Good Will and many others that FINALLY got reported in the MSM. I found them in early August (reported at Atlas Shrugs.) The MSM reported it in October.

A president elect with duo citizenship is unconstitutional because he/she has duo allegiances.

The Constitution says the president must be a "native-born citizen."

It does not say the president cannot also be a citizen of another country.

For example, let's say the child of a Japanese husband and British wife was born in Cleveland.

I believe that under the laws in these countries he would be from birth a citizen of both UK and Japan. Despite this, under our laws he would be a "native-born citizen" and eligible to be president when he reaches the age of 35.

Are you here from a parallel universe that is almost but not quite entirely like our own? If you're born in the United States, regardless of your parents' nationality or citizenship, you are a natural born citizen of the United States.

Thanks. I thought it out as I wrote it, because I hadn't really put it all together in my head and reduced it to simple terms before.

What do the words of the Constitution mean? Giving 0bama the benefit where there is ambiguity he must a) be natural born, and b) a citizen.

Most of us keep the required papers close at hand because we need them to do simple things such as renew our drivers licenses or travel.

But I guess it's different when you're running for office. I was once on the ballot and elected to a very minor local office, and all I did was sign a form for the county elections department with no proof of ID or even residency in the district.

That is operationally correct. It is NOT prescribed by the Constitution, nor does is make sense.

I agree. If one looks at his selective service registration they will see a familiar pattern of odd circumstances and/or form numbers/dates to say the least.

...his fidelity to this country is suspect, and must be examined to the fullest extent that the law allows.

While his "fidelity" is suspect to a large number of us, it's not a thing that can be proved by any birth of naturalization records, nor is it a condition of eligibility to serve. The voters judge that before the election (or should), and the Legislative Branch has that responsibility during the term of office. For at least the next two years it is not likely to be questioned in any substantial way.

I think the real questions are the dates. The date his mother remarried. The date he Obama was adopted by the Indonesian stepfather. Obama's exact age at certain times. These exact dates are elusive and change depending on which article you read. When the Sotoero adopted Obama, Obama became an Indonesian citizen. When the mother decided to send Obama back to the US when he was 10, he would have needed a passport. The infamous Indonesian passport, which was also used in the 1980's when he went to Pakistan to visit his mother.

Who issues you your passport? The country that you are a citizen of, or just some foreign country in general?

As an American citizen, can I get a Canadian passport so I can travel to Great Britain?

I ‘third’ the motion.

She has been effectively trolling for months and refuses to acknowledge or address all documentation that has been presenting.

Her continuous support for a radical leftist is unacceptable on the Conservative forum of Free Republic.

She does not have this nation’s best interest at heart and her posts reflect a person who has pledged their allegiance to some other flag, likely that with a big red star!

“”Obama has acknowledged his dual citizenship which was the result of his birth. It’s also been made clear that he did nothing to retain his Kenyan citizenship.””

You are very funny & not so clever.

You call raising one million dollars and actively campaigning in Kenya for his Odinga cousin.......NOTHING??

Clearly, Mam, your words demonstrate that you hold anti-American interests close to your heart.

A few years ago i was bouncing off a bad job loss and a divorce. I went to a local Mass by myself on Christmas morning. The priest gave a hard core leftist homily. I walked out of mass on Christmas morning angry as hell......the last thing I needed. It's been years but I never went back and never will. That's why I thought the Rev Wright issue had real currency. If couldn't last one mass how could he have gone back for 20 years? I thought this issue was his real weakspot not Ayers and certainly not birth certificates.

By the way I bounced back and now have a good job and a sweet girlfriend.

The “Ann” in the Frank Davis story... Too long ago to have been Stanley Ann.

Remember, Frank Davis said he changed details, e.g., names, dates, to obscure the identity of the people he wrote about. It could have been Stanley Ann.

It seems everything about Obama and his family is either censored, distorted or an outright lie.

Obviously, you have not read the article. Do not comment when you don’t know what you are talking about.

I read it, and it's an absurd arguement.

The distinction was there to allow someone like Alexander Hamilton, born outside the United States but present at ratification to be eligible. There's no indication at all of any intention to make ineligible individuals born in the United States to non citizens. As I'm sure you're aware, Martin Van Buren is widely credited with being the first American born President, being born to a former British subject after the revolution. A number of his successors would be ineligible under your rule, being born to former British subjects, and born after ratification. Including Abe Lincoln. Andrew Johnson's pop was likely born in England, though Andrew was born here.

It's an inane arguement which will go nowhere, but entertaing for those who can't find any policy issues on which to differ with BHO.

Yep. His Kenyan citizenship lapsed on his 21st birthday.

Clearly, Mam, your words demonstrate that you hold anti-American interests close to your heart.

That statement is wrong in so many ways, starting with your guess at my gender.
