Barack Obama's official web site, Fight The Smears, admits he was a British Citizen at birth. At the very bottom of the section of his web site that shows an alleged official Certification Of Live Birth, the web site lists the following information and link thereto: FactCheck.org Clarifies Barack’s Citizenship
“When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children.
Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.”
That is a direct admission Barack Obama was a British citizen "at birth".

Remember there are at least seventeen lawsuits in twelve different states. Each is different but the goals are similar: Establishing who should be vetting the candidates and when.
My eighty eight year old retired attorney father and I have been discussing the issue for weeks, reading and rereading the cases, discussing written analysis, etc. I was speaking in generalities, not specific to Keyes.

Me too, but there is zero chance that any of that will change. There is currently 500,000 scofflaws, that refuse to leave after being deported. If the Federal Government refuses to enforce the law, and the courts rule that states have no right to, what is left?

Uh-uh. You can be conferred two citizenships at once at birth. Neither disqualifies the other. The UK/British government considered him one of their citizens on that day, and so did the USA government (unless he was not born inside the USA).
The fact that he had dual citizenship at birth doesn’t change that he had AMERICAN citizenship at birth. (Again, unless he was born elsewhere, which I doubt)
A message to anyone supporting the president-elect, you are advocating cheating, lying, misuse of power. You are supporting a person that is supposed to be the role model of future America.
I for one can see as plain as day that with Obama as POTUS it will by itself condone the actions of millions to do the same, in essence its legal to break laws.

The “Ann” in the Frank Davis story was in Kansas or wherever Davis lived, in the 1940s, when he was newly married with his wife, I believe. Too long ago to have been Stanley Ann.

Kenya was a colony. People born in the colonies in those days were definitely not automatically British citizens.
Don’t fight against all logic or law, though. Some of these threads begin from ridiculous premises, like this one. It’s just darn WRONG to think that because he was awarded automatic British citizenship, that that negates his American citizenship, also conferred at birth (if he were born within the United States).
I am not an Obama supporter. This is a Constitutional crisis more because we have a President-Elect who cannot be made to show his proof of nationalized citizenship. The lawsuits and talking about this are all GOOD. But hyperbole or not understanding the situation just make US look stupid.
No matter how many countries have conferred citizenship on Obama, as long as none were requested BY Obama, if he was originally naturally born a US citizen, he’s still a natural born US citizen. Now we need to find out if he is a natural born citizen.
