His birth certificate would indicate a U.S. birth, making him a natural born U.S. citizen just like everyone else born here regardless of their parentage. That is operationally correct, but that method is not Constitutional.

Are you here from a parallel universe that is almost but not quite entirely like our own? If you're born in the United States, regardless of your parents' nationality or citizenship, you are a natural born citizen of the United States.
