Barak's father--Vanity
an email | october 29, 2008 | Oswaldo F. Hernandez-Campos

According to a an intelligence report just received, when Barack Obama's mother, Ann Durham, traveled to Cuba in 1960, as member of a group of American students who were supporting Fidel Castro and the Cuban Revolution, she was sent to live in a "Red" commune in Central Cuba. Although she was known for her loose behavior or promiscuity, she mostly went out with a Cuban from the city of Sagüa La Grande, on the northern coast of Cuba, named Francisco Cundo. According to the report, when Ann left Cuba in December of 1960, she was two months pregnant.

Ann proceeded to Hawaii to stay with her parents and study at the University of Hawaii. Barack Obama, in his book titled, The Audacity of Hope, states that his mother was four (6) months pregnant when she married "his father," Barack Obama, Sr. The states that this all can be easily corroborated if the necessary and adequate genetic and DNA blood tests are done.

What else are the power manipulators of the American political scenario and the truly "leftist/liberal" media concealing and were they aware of this? Is Barack Hussein Obama a very real MANCHURIAN CANDIDATE, or not? Is Barack Obama a Cuban, or not? He would have the right according to the 1940 Cuban Constitution. Has Barack Obama received funds from Cubans IN CUBA, not in the United States?

What is truly going on? When will the U.S. Government provide those who support it with true and factual information?

I’ve read and heard that 0bama is only 12% African American. What do you think of that?

What difference does this make? We survived 8 years (1993-2001) with a President whose father's identity was uncertain.

At least twice France has had kings whose father's identity was open to some question: Charles VI (1422-1461) and Louis XIV (1643-1715). Tsar Paul I of Russia, son of Catherine the Great, was probably not the son of Catherine's husband, Peter III.

If Obama wins, there is an exceptionally strong likelihood he'll be found to be ineligible per "natural born" clause in the courts, or that some very troubling piece of evidence will be brought forward that will cause an upset in the Electoral College.

We'll see. Giving a brute the upper hand can some times be used to cause him to fall very hard indeed.

I don’t think barrier methods of birth control are sinful, so how can I be a hypocrite? My conscience is quite clear on that.

The Constitution says "natural born" and Congress passed a law during the Washington administration defining what that meant. John McCain was born outside the US but he is a natural born citizen since his parents were US citizens.

Obama's mother was definitely born in the US. If someone were to prove after the election that Obama was actually born in Kenya, and he had won, I suspect Congress would just redefine "natural born" so he would qualify (by making anyone who had one parent born in the US a natural born citizen--the only snag at present is that Obama's mother was too young to meet the terms of the law).

Cite?

>>>Obama’s mother was definitely born in the US.

She was a minor when she became pregnant and not old enough to pass on citizenship.

>>>>Congress would just redefine “natural born” so he would qualify

They can’t do that unless they amend the constitution.

Look up "natural born citizen" on Wikipedia. They cite the 1790 law passed by Congress, which clearly says that children of US citizens born overseas are "natural born citizens." There was a later law in 1795 which superseded the 1790 law and omitted the phrase about natural born citizen--so some people have been questioning whether McCain is eligible.

If you Google the term, most of the discussion is about McCain but there are some on Obama (at least one referring to a discussion on Free Republic).

If Congress could pass a law in 1790 explaining what "natural born citizen" means, what would prevent them from passing a new law to clarify the term now?

Sec. 1401(g) provides: The following shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth: . . . (g) a person born outside the geographical limits of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one of whom is an alien, and the other a citizen of the United States who, prior to the birth of such person, was physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions for a period or periods totaling not less than five years, at least two of which were after attaining the age of fourteen years . . . .

Congress won’t pass a law to accomodate an enemy combatant.

What do you mean, Congress won’t pass such a law? The likelihood is that the Democrats will have majorities in both houses, and they could get to 60 in the Senate, or close enough that they can get things done with the help of two or three liberal Republicans. When have the Democrats in Congress cared about protecting the US from enemy combatants? Maybe a couple of generations ago...
