IRVING, TEXAS (TICKER) Tony Romo evidently will not be around to help the Dallas Cowboys recover from a painful loss. According to multiple reports, Romo has a broken pinkie finger - an injury that will sideline the Pro Bowl quarterback for four weeks. The injury first was reported Monday morning by ESPN, which cited an anonymous team source. The NFL Network reported that Romo currently is being examined by team doctors. The Cowboys could not be reached for comment. Romo suffered the injury during Sundays 30-24 overtime loss to the Arizona Cardinals and originally was diagnosed with a sprained pinkie. The two-time Pro Bowler was harassed by Arizonas pass rush throughout the contest and appeared to favor his throwing hand during Dallas overtime possession. Romo has passed for 1,689 yards and a league-leading 14 touchdowns this season for the high-powered Cowboys (4-2), who have lost two of their last three games. If Mondays reports are accurate, Dallas will use veteran Brad Johnson under center for at least its next three games. The Cowboys visit St. Louis next week before hosting Tampa Bay on October 26. After a road game against the rival New York Giants, the Cowboys have a bye in Week 10.

oh pahlease. a broken pinkie? four weeks?
What a baby.
The Chicago Atlanta game was great, too. Those last 11 seconds were wild! I’m no Cardinals fan, but they did a great job against Dallas.
I would’nt want anyone’s fantasy ruined.
i
Understatement!
Yes, there are Dallas fans here who care! I had high hopes this year. Oh, well...
I still think he’s a pretty good quarterback. In any case, because he’s the Cowboys quarterback, he’s undergone some pretty intense scrutiny because of the team he plays on. We seem to live in a society where we love tearing people down. He’s a big boy, and he can handle it.
Still rooting for the Cowboys! As a long-time fan, I’ve been thrugh this before.
Is Vinny Testaverde available?
I like to refer to her as "Yoko Romo."
If one makes it to the NFL as a QB (or anything for that matter) a certain amount of toughness is a given. However, you can continue to posture (since the First Amendment is still operational; can't guarantee that if BHO is elected, though...).
And, for the record, I am no Cowboys fan.
Hubby has been a Cowboys fan since he was 6, and he grew up in Pa, Eagle country...ha ha ha
Forget Vinny! How about Bernie Kosar or Tim Couch???
I’m thinking another Mexican siesta is in the works.
That explains Romo’s next pass which was a one-hopper to an open T.O..
And, I hope Westbrook is back...even though he usually has a great day against us--we just wouldn't want any excuses...
BTW, nice second half yesterday.
Hey Brady will take care of us. I don’t know what’s wrong with Tony. He doesn’t seem to smile like his old self anymore, you notice that? Like he’s real unhappy all the time, I don’t get it.
I mean’t Brad, WTF

Ok, now I’m being retarded.
