I was going to ask where you wanted him to put the socks, but the answer is obvious: On his hands.

No, no, no...on his ears.

Hmmmn.

Two sox. (Usually, at least.)

Two hands? Check.
Two ears? Check.
One nose.
Not so good.... Leaves one sox unaccounted for, unkneaded and unloved.

Who says the sock is unkneaded and unlubbed? I suspect it can find someone to hang around with.

It has to be that way, Robert.

A kneaded sock might rise.

Feels like winter. It was rainy a while ago, but it’s starting to clear up a little. Won’t last long, though. More rain in store.

Time for longjohns.

*shiver*

(Don’t mind me...I’m still trying to wake up.)

Me too. Missed all the things I (we) could have done this morning, but I needed the rest.

Now I've started packing. (Sigh.)

Not trotting much of the globe this trip. A short jaunt to Minneapolis and I return home Friday night (late).

The rest are still asleep. It's a good day for it, with the rain.

Thought about going to see "An American Carol" today but it's opened only in theaters far away -- usually those that are the very last to show a film. Odd.

My parents have gone to check in at their motel and take a nap. They had to get up at 3:00 a.m. to catch the first flight out of Orlando! Their flight tomorrow is at 10:00, so they don’t have to get up as early.

We wandered about the neighborhood this morning looking at yard sales. DP took Santana, who enjoyed the fresh air and sunshine. People kept asking if he was real!

I haven’t been to a yard sale in I don’t know how long. I usually like to do it with an abettor. I feel less guilty when the bargains are shared.

Of COURSE DP is real! *sheesh!*

My neighbor was conducting a yard sale when I returned home.

So I walked up the road and bought something. It’s almost like getting free delivery.

I went to the PO to check my mail, then went to the store. On the way in with my few groceries, one of the neighbors saw me and told me I missed a good breakfast.

I’m always missing “good breakfasts.” The community room has been closed while “rennovations” were going on. They painted, tiled and put in all new furniture! WHOA! I almost didn’t recognize the place!

AND! There was some breakfast left over so I helped myself to it. Yummy!

Good for you. No breakfast here yet, though LoM is up now.

Got all packed and ready to go, then went and updated the church website.

"I went to the PO to check my mail, then went to the store."

Why do we feign surprise at those who eventually "go postal"? Their first day on the job they get P.O.ed.

I only go to pick up my mail. Since I use web stamps, I really don’t have to bother going. Except that it forces me out of the house.

Of course, today, I should have stayed in because of my ear. The wind was blowing and it’s quite cool, so I suppose that will set back the healing time.

Maybe it'll pick up.

Have to do some last preparations on the laptop -- downloading some stuff and backing it up. Then I'll be all ready to go.
