It was a biggie....and it explains the Pakistani reaction to it.

The target was the eminent Taliban leader Jalaluddin Haqqani.

Who is very connected to the highest levels of the Pakistan government.

I want them to keep doing what they are doing. The bashing of Sarah (and I don’t think it phases her) by doing so bashes a majority of American women, is driving the ‘undecideds’ into our camp in droves.

Thanks for the link, Jem. I had heard about this on Hugh Hewitt's show a while ago. Whoever wrote that into his speech, I so hope he\this speech writer keeps writing his speeches right up until Nov. 4.

This was a taunting of McCain of astronomic proportions by an individual that I perceive to be a great coward in the face of even minor adversity.

I’m going to have to talk with my “oil fracker”. He seems to know all the wells, cracks in shale, natural gas flames and all that stuff. They should be up here in the next few days and “if” I can get a word in edgewise, I’ll ask him for more information. He’s been in oil since Christ was a child and knows a whole lot about it. Too much for my pea brain to fathom, but what I can glean from his “discussions” we have one heck of a lot of oil and natural gas in this country.

I can’t ask at this very moment, cause he and Roomey are all enthauled with Sarah. My cousins buddy.

I think the newest USGS report from April 2008 seems to contradict the 1999 report because of the advancement of technology. In 1990, there was “no oil” on our place, but today there is a little. Technology has advanced so much more than we had in 1990.

Bit, our congress critters don’t want to pursue oil in the Caribbean because it MAY DESTROY THE PRISTINE VISION from Cuba to St George to Florida. Only the chinese can pursue the oil because .....you add the reason, i’ve had a martini.

I’m doing well Jemian. Home not too long, and trying to catch some train collision news myself. The photo I saw here on FR looked horrifying.

TGIF and hope you’re feeling somewhat better. I’ve worried about Kassie all day....I do hope she’ll be fine with this storm.

She checked in a little while ago. She sounded fairly optomistic. Till and I both have her cell numbers. I may try to text her tomorrow afternoon or evening, just to keep in touch.

I have avoided looking at those threads. I get nightmares very easily. So, I practice heavy duty avoidance.

As for me, I’m holding my own.
