For legitimacy’s sake, they need to make that decision before the VP debate. If they wait too long, it will look desperate and fearful, as if they’re afraid of Palin. Actually, it will look like that no matter when they do it.

I they really need to get rid of Biden he can always have another brain aneurysm around Halloween, leaving too little time for the McCain campaign to adjust to Hillary’s late entry into the race. I wouldn’t put it past these bums.

Obama would be seen as jumping up and down shouting, “Me, too. Me, too. I have a woman on the ticket, too!” - if they jettison Joe Biden.

And now, Gov. Palin could well eclipse Hillary with a lot of women already who have been given an alternative to raw ambition and bad acting and probably would still know a really good thing when they see it. If Hillary gets put on the ticket because Biden “needs to spend more time with his family”, if she is and the ticket loses, it’s downhill all the way for Hillary. Forget 2012.
