Looks like one of his Aneurysms is kicking in.
I hope John McCain doesn't keep her in a "Secret Location".

The RAT October surprise. Biden will bow out and Hillary is going to be on the ticket.
You guys are living in a dream world. Obama understands what Hillary Clinton is just like we do and he won't touch her with a ten foot pole. If anybody cares to put your money where your mouth is, please send me a private message.

If Hillary winds up on the ticket we’ll be able to take out two socialists at once!
Won’t have to worry about her in 2012...

Wow, I hadn't seen that video and yes he does act like he's inebriated.
Here he is Friday in Florida:
Feel the Anger
You could say that he is full of passion...all I see is an anger that is building and building. Trust me, a major Biden gaffe is on the way.

I they really need to get rid of Biden he can always have another brain aneurysm around Halloween, leaving too little time for the McCain campaign to adjust to Hillary’s late entry into the race. I wouldn’t put it past these bums.

You're going to have to do much, much better than that to back up your absurd prediction. Again, I'd gladly talk to you in private about a wager.

Obama would be seen as jumping up and down shouting, “Me, too. Me, too. I have a woman on the ticket, too!” - if they jettison Joe Biden.
And now, Gov. Palin could well eclipse Hillary with a lot of women already who have been given an alternative to raw ambition and bad acting and probably would still know a really good thing when they see it. If Hillary gets put on the ticket because Biden “needs to spend more time with his family”, if she is and the ticket loses, it’s downhill all the way for Hillary. Forget 2012.

Look here. Personally, I want YOU to be right. Okay? Go buy yourself something nice with your money and I’ll sit here and “hope” that you’re right and I’m wrong. Deal?

Perhaps Biden is being slowly poisoned. After he drops out due to “ill health”, Hillary will take his place. It’s that famous Rat dance number, “The Torricelli”.
