You could say that he is full of passion...all I see is an anger that is building and building. Trust me, a major Biden gaffe is on the way.
It is anger. and they are afraid and rightly so.
For someone who stood by his remark about BHO getting on the job training when president, his tone has changed.
I wonder what made him think that now BHO is qualified.
