(Howard Feiner is so annoyed with the cat droppings in his yard, he has logged the kitties’ leavings and put flags up to mark the spots. He has done this for a couple of reasons.

He’s in court with his neighbor...

Our kitty loves to go outdoors. We didn’t want to find her in pancake form in the street, so we trained her to a leash. Now she jumps on the chair and paws at her harness when she wants to go out.

of course they’d have to find kitty.

You would think so...but in this day and age, I wouldn't want to take that chance.

Yet...I’ll bet you feed the birds....LOL. God has a special place for those of you who purposely harm an animal out of hate.

If someone has a bird feeder, it is OK for a neighbor's cat to use it as it's own private hunting lease?

When a person defends his property against predatory animals, is it done out of hate?

Time is running out on the notion that your cat can have free access to anything it wants. It's not just common sense, but it is very neighborly to keep your cat where it belongs, on your property. It is also best for the health of the cat, since you know that no judicious action will be taken against it if it isn't killing other peoples pets on other people's property.

There aren’t all that many house cats running around with 6” or greater paws.

Mountain lions, either, for that matter.

I wonder if he has hired a surveyor to precisely map the GIS coordinates of the flags.

Don’t forget to buy stock in companies that make broad-spectrum antibiotics.

My 3 kitties have never been outdoors

We have mountain lion, coyote, owls to name a few that roam our neighborhood. I always sigh when another missing cat sign goes up on the mailboxes. Newbies to this area never learn.

Of course that does not mean my viking kitties would not take on the coyotes if given half a chance. I keep them in to protect the coyote population! ;-)

I dunno about mtn lions. The one’s I’ve seen get pretty big. They can have good sized paws, and prints I’ve seen are close to that size.

Thing is that picture does not have a tail like an African Lion. It has a tail like a puma. And the animal is way to “fuzzy”....

Birds carry over 60 diseases yet you cry over a cat poopin in your yard....SMART! There are tons of homeless cats that are looking for a kind person to feed them and maybe give them shelter. I know how you feel about that....just kill them right? Heartless. How many cats have you killed?
