It looks to me like they are having problems. I can load the “current conditions” page for several different zip codes, but anything more seems to be a problem.
The Tropical Cyclone page begins to load, but then stalls after just a few thumbnail images.

Seems to work for me. If you are looking for your local radar, just click on that black square where the thumbnail sized radar is. Click through and the radar is there.

Weather Underground website in which you posted has been a popular website for weather enthusiasts such as myself for years. You are probably not looking in the right spot. Is it weatherunderground.gov?
Just kidding...

Weather Underground now owned by Democrat Underground? Hmmm?

The SOA serial number “2008071502” is coded as a date - specifically, today’s date. By convention, it indicates a date, and then the “02” indicates the second change for the zone record on the date. So it looks like they probably changed the IP address of their web server.
For people who are getting the error message, the reason is probably that old host address is probably cached at your DNS server, or in your computer.

I hope it’s working. My old computer uplinks to them every 5 minutes with my weather station data. My twin brother uplinks every 2-3 seconds.
