Dear Friend ......I NEED YOUR ASSISTANCE.
My name is Sgt.Evans Mark, I am an American soldier with Swiss background, serving in the military with the army 3rd infantry division. With a very desperate need for assistance, I have summed up courage to contact you. I found your contact particulars in an address journal. I am seeking your kind assistance to move the sum of ( $ 25 million u.s. dollars ) Twenty Five million united states dollars to you, as far as I can be assured that my share will be safe in your care until I complete my service here, this is no stolen money, and there are no danger involved.
Source of money:
Some money in various currencies was discovered in barrels at a farmhouse near one of Saddam's old palaces in Tikrit-Iraq during a rescue operation, and it was agreed by staff Sgt Kenneth buff and I that some part of this money be shared among both of us before informing anybody about it since both of us saw the money first. This was quite an illegal thing to do, but I tell you what? No compensation can make up for the risk we have taken with our lives in this hell hole Of which my brother in-law was killed by a road side bomb last week. You will find the story of this money on the web address below;http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/2988455.stmThe above figure was given to me as my share, and to conceal this kind of money became a problem for me, so with the help of a British contact working here and his office enjoy some immunity, I was able to get the package out to a safe location entirely out of trouble spot. He does not know the real contents of the package, and believes that it belongs to a brithish/american medical doctor who died in a raid here in Iraq, and before giving up, trusted me to hand over the package to his family in united states.
Now this where you come in,if you are willing to assist me in this transaction, the money has been packaged as family valuables goods and it will be delivered to America in two days, if you are willing to assist me in this venture you are advised to get back to me with your complete contact information which will be forwarded to the diplomat who is carrying the said consignment. He will contact you on your direct phone number for the clearance of the consignment from the homeland security at J.F.K international airport, after that the consignment will proceed to your home which is the final destination, note that it is not a must that you should assist me in this transaction but if you are willing and sincere to help me out in this transaction be rest assured that this transaction is 100% risk free and it does not contradict the laws of any country. I wish I could get off their list(s). I receive at least two each day.

I must have won the lottery without buying a ticket!!!!
No Jeebus bless you closing.
This guys a pro.
Anyone that is so stupid that they fall for this deserves to lose their money.
These scams would stop if people would just stop opening e-mails from people they don’t know (or those silly e-mails that say FW: FW: FW: in the subject line).
What’s that thing around her neck? Looks like a necklace made of hair curlers.
You couldn’t believe how many lotteries I have won around the world!
Oh fer cryin'....The guy is in the U.S. Army!
And a sargeant!
How much more legit can you get?
< /sarcasm >
Nigerian?
Hell, that looks like a girl named Tamika Washington I used to know on the West Side of Chicago!
No America would ever call ask for your “mobile number”, rather, they’d want you cell phone number.
Hence the reason for the disclaimer up from that this guy was supposed to have a “Swiss” background. Kind of a generic way to cover-up any mistakes in grammar and speech.
I think they represent how many husbands she’s had...
I received a similar letter from THE new york times.
Now that's just plain silly...anyone can see that she's adorned herself with painted toilet paper tubes.
Sorry, I didn’t realize that they have toilet paper (or even toilets) in Nigeria. My bad.
“Dateline NBC” went to Nigeria and did a story on these scams.
There are a lot of Nigerians at internet cafes in Lagos who are making tons of money from Americans who are stupid enough to fall for these schemes.
“Does anyone really fall for this garbage?”, you ask.
Look at all the morons who get elected to public office in America. Who do you think is voting for them? Answer: other morons, and unfortunately, our country has tens of millions of them.
