Jamie Lynn Spears and her fiancé Casey Aldridge welcomed a baby girl Thursday morning, People reports.
The baby was named Maddie Briann, according to the magazine.
"Just the family was there," a source told People about the birth around 9:30 a.m. at a hospital in Mississippi, near her Kentwood, La. "Everyone is healthy and happy."
Jamie Lynn's sister Britney, father Jamie and brother Bryan flew in Wednesday to be with her for the birth; her mother Lynne had been with her helping her get ready for the baby.

LOL
Exactly, who gives a rats @ss, how old is the kid now?
Well, we’re supposed to care about celebrity people, because....... well, you got me there, as to why we should care.
Maddie Briann Aldridge?
The only way any of the Spears’ girls will get an MBA!
I feel for Maddie. Her mom is a slut; her dad is a horndog. There’s little hope for her under the circumstances. And she apparently got the short end of the stick in both gene pools that were merged.
Shouldn’t this be in Breaking News!
I remember when they made the “big” announcement. They made a huge deal about it until someone noted that the “man” who impregnated her could be arrested for statutory rape. They went quiet real quick.
Are you kidding? A baby is a status symbol in Hollywood. Like the latest handbag. But ONLY if you are not married. Being married with kids is so uncool.
just to post but not waste my time on the article.
Yet another case, in a long line of cases, of putting the cart before the horse.
Do all of the Spears’ family have a 3 month gestation period? You hear about the pregnancy, then 3 months later, out pops a kid.(Or so it seems :D)
just like in “Species”
