Aparently nothing today...

Anyone know if they might release more today or is that it?

The Supreme Court ruled to allow foreigners whose visas have expired to be able to withdraw their voluntary departures and the court ruled against Exxon.

They’re done for the day. Next decision day is Thursday.

SCOTUS Live Blog says session ended at 9:44EST with Dada being the last decision issued for the day.

Looks like Monday 23rd it is, unless we get a Thursday storm like we got last week.

I hope that I am wrong, but, I have a feeling that we are not going to like what they come up with.

The Brady bunch expects to loose this one. They are already plotting alternate gun control measures.

So far Florida Dept. of Revenue v. Piccadilly Cafeterias and Dada v. Mukasey. The former is over bankruptcy and taxes, the latter over a foreigner overstaying a visa wanting to withdraw his voluntary departure motion before the date he was supposed to be out of the country (he can).

I don’t expect much considering their other recent decision. They gave full constitutional rights to the enemy but our troops in the same area only have the UCMJ.

They’ll probably hold the decision until the gun grabbers can get all their new laws written and ready to implement.

New one just came down re, White House email. This one sided with the White House.

Just no figuring what they’re gonna do.

More reason to bite your conservative lip and pull the lever for McCain rather than staying home or “third party” or anything like that.

He may be the worst of the bunch that we had, he may be completely lying to us, but one thing’s for sure... Obama would appoint more Ginsburgs.

Obama would put more liberal judges on the Bench. McCain might.

Barr wouldn't.

Using that calculus, the vote is a "no brainer".

Ignoring the two party system doesn’t make it go away. I understand and respect your desire to vote for someone who shares your views. What this will do en masse, however, will ensure that we get more liberal judges on the bench.

Supporting the Two Party system will just get us more of the same.

The Leftward slide MUST stop. If the GOP isn't that vehicle, then it's time to trade it in.

Barr has less of a chance at winning than a dead corpse.

The GOP is not gonna change because they are owned by the lobbyist/elites.

Then the GOP, along with the entire “American Experience” is a dead corpse as well. McCain has half the charm, youth, or appeal of “Brady Bill” Bob Dole.

Both Parties are. Excellent reason to vote for NEITHER.
