Since he was born on US soil in Hawaii in 1961, since he is over the legally required age, and since he has lived in the US over 14 years...the answer is yes.

Of course, none of that negates the point that Barack Hussein Obama is the apex of the hate-America, domestic enemy in this country. His election as president would be the greatest coup any enemy has ever scored against this country and could easily lead to the worst, horrific disaster in our nation's history.

Definitely a non-issue. His mother was an american citizen by birth and it is no more an issue than McCain being born on a U.S. base in Panama.

Before you get too crazy about Obama, who was born in Hawaii (a State) to a US Citizen you should look at McCain.

This is probably nothing, but I find it interesting they don't want to release it. It also reminded me of the passport "scandal" a few months ago..

Three State Department contractors had taken unauthorized looks at the electronic files of each of the candidates, although each had clearance to use the database, Undersecretary for Management Patrick F. Kennedy said Thursday. Obama's file was accessed three times: Jan. 9, Feb. 12, and March 14. It was disclosed later that the files of Clinton and McCain were also reviewed by the contractors.

I'm wondering if there could be a connection. Anyone have thoughts on this?
