I keep telling people, EXCUSE ME!!! George Bush does NOT make laws, change laws, fund bills etc. Congress does and since 2004, the Dims have had enough control to successfully stop the Republicans from doing anything!!!!

I don’t listen to all those pretty people telling us all they think they know on any subject. I hear some when I’m passing through a room when Roomey is listening, but to listen?? I’d probably throw something at the boobtoob.
Thank you HOB. It’s been hottern a pistol here, and humid. The 2 roses I had transplanted, I think are suffering, shock. Their leaves are brown but the stocks are still green. I put a hose down into the ground and give them a shot of water. I hope they survive. One is the fairy sprout Roomey didn’t see when he had the mother plant dug up and given away. The second one is the mini antique climber. I think I’m going to pack some llama pellets around them then cover with leave mold and mulch.

I think Mssss Pelosi said she would do something about gas prices after they WON the election!
Of course, no one has the guts to ask her what their plans are and why they won’t take care of things now, seeing as they have vetoed every single piece of legislation that makes any sense about drilling for oil here in the US.
I think we’ll probably still be waiting for anything that makes sense from Mssss Pelosi even after the cows come home.
Good morning. Yesterday was a busy day here. I’m getting decorations ready for the shindig on the Fourth.
Today will be more of the same. The garden also demands a wee bit of attention.
