I keep telling people, EXCUSE ME!!! George Bush does NOT make laws, change laws, fund bills etc. Congress does and since 2004, the Dims have had enough control to successfully stop the Republicans from doing anything!!!!
I wish McCain would start giving a Civic lesson with each speech.
