Surprisingly, nothing smells about this story
(A woman turning heads by taking her pet skunk for a walk on a lead has been told by a council that it may have to go, BBC Scotland can reveal.
Hannah Chapman, 23, takes de-scented Ichi for walks in Aberdeen. People have been stopping her to take pictures of the unusual sight in the Rosemount area of the city. An Aberdeen City Council spokeswoman said Hannah did not have permission to keep a skunk in her council flat but should get in touch.)
I think it should be pretty easy for the council members to get in touch with Hannah (con't http://boknowsonline.com/2008/06/03/ichi-yes-smelly-no/)

She should bring him to DC, we have plenty of skunks there.
An officer at my last command before I got out of the Navy had a descented skunk for a pet. She was the mascot of the entire building when he brought her in. Very friendly, very playful.
The first time she jumped on my desk, I practically had a heart attack though. But I got used to her. She thought that “In” boxes were the perfect place for naps, and it didn’t matter who’s desk it was on.
She also loved Milk-Bone dog biscuits and after a while, almost everyone had a supply on hand.
My dog, when I was growing up, got sprayed by a skunk once. It wasn’t pretty. The story was kind of funny..our dog had gotten loose and my mom thought she was chasing a cat. She sent me out to go and try and catch the dog. So, I was chasing the dog and the dog was chasing the skunk...you get the picture. By the time I realized it was a skunk, our dog, had been sprayed.
