Good Morning. It is pouring rain. The rain has knocked out the satelite connection. The Des Moines Register reports on it’s web page that the streets of DM were flooded around 6:oo am.
There will be no fence painting today. That means I might as well face “the DESK”, or at least I THINK there is a desk under that pile of papers. It’s time to sort/toss/file

Heard that Hillary will concede tonight....I just looked outside and don't see any pigs flying so I think if she does anything, she will just put her campaign on hold (as Edwards has done) so she can rise from the ashes at the convention.

Lysie, it's FAR, FAR, FAR worse than that. I wish, I wish, OH! How I wish it was ONLY that bad. If McCain loses to this hellish abomination, the radical left, moveon.org and the daily kos are going to be in absolute tyrannic control of this country, unopposed by a frail, powerless second party that will soon be minimized and our government will become a one party system. Back from about two and a half hours of lessons. We like the guy, he’s a PGA pro. We reviewed chipping, pitching and bump and run techniques then went in for the full swing video’s.
I have developed a very bad habit of swaying out my hip during the swing. I had to work really hard to not do that and maintaining a proper stance feels funny but I can see how it helps.
Tomorrow we will work on putts, swinging in the sand and then go out for 9 holes with the pro.
It’s windy today and tomorrow, of course. And hot. I’m whupped.
