Sheep Shearers in Short Supply

They are in abundant supply ... you just have to go to Washington, DC to find them.

Forgot to mention that there’s a very interesting video at the linked site. You can see how to shear a sheep! ;)

“If you are really serious about shearing, you can go a lot of places and see a lot of things that tourists never see,” Kier said. “

Sounds like my army career. I saw places tourists don’t WANT to see.

There’s no shortage of individuals eager to fleece their fellow humans, although most of them have migrated to Washington, DC, or the state capitals.

Anfang charges $30 per farm visit and $2 for every animal he shears

Sounds like its time to charge 100/farm visit and 10 bucks/sheep. Its called supply and demand.

I think I read about some drug that makes their wool fall out? And it’s so matted together it comes off in one piece.

Sheep chemo. Sorry.

David Kier lives in his van for weeks at a time, sleeping on a foam mattress but never lacking work.

Livin in a van down by the river!

... I coulda swore I'd seen ads for a "Flowbee for dogs." What would that be called, I wonder. The Furbee?

Flowbaa?
