Sorry. I have to admit that at first I thought that the pubs had a plan. After all, how could over 100 of them vote present? I know they are spineless..but even that's a stretch.
Attention:
Ignore post 260 and 261.
WOW! one heck of s storm this morning, lighting like mad, knowcked me off the system and just now hot back in.
I go by smell myself, get it off the stove when it smells like it is burning.
I was wondering where you were. Afternoon.
You mean they fixed it ???
I doesn't seem to happen all the time, though.
When I saw Steve King (IA) on that list of Presents, I knew there was more than funding in the bill.
Evening ma’am.
That’s right. He’s a good guy.
Of course, you knew that.
How was your day? Did you work harder today than all the running around you did yesterday?
Hi Dog!
Yes, Steve King is a very dear friend of mine.
I need to slow down...and take it easy on my day off.
I want to supplement the info about NC Representative Sue Myrick (R) not voting on that bill....she is in the hospital in Charlotte, NC w/flu.
Grandma bragging here: My daughter and I went w/my 7th grade grandson to Davidson College this afternoon for him to accept an award...medal hanging on ribbon...(w/other smart kids) for making a high score on the SAT, administered at Duke. (End of brag..over and out. LOL)
Good night, everyone.
Democratic National Party Chairman talks in Syracuse.
This caught my eye.
Syracuse, NY - Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean helped 25th Congressional District candidate Dan Maffei go over the $1 million mark today by appearing at a $250 per plate fundraiser that Maffei said drew about 100 people. Dean and Maffei would not allow reporters to attend the luncheon and hear Dean's speech, but the former Vermont governor spoke briefly with the media outside The Century Club.
Good night #2.
