Good morning!
Fateful week in national politics. Who predicted we'd be at this point back in January when it all began? Those earliest primaries were supposed to settle everything so quickly! The political gods have a sense of humor......
I have to make me some more book shelves, got so many books I am unable to display them. Now, I said ‘I’, what I meant is SIL is going to have to make them, need to find some old pecked cypus boards first if possible, if not, I will find something old to use.
Cyprus bookshelves will be beautiful. I’ll have to come down there and see them when they’re finished.
We should do it togehter - go visit, I mean.
We should do it together - go visit, I mean.
snarly, where are you?
Jem, are you still there? Where's Bit and Dog and Neets and Molly?
I think we could do it. I have some time after the 5th of July and before September. There are a few things I need to schedule first. What does you sked look like?
Maybe a long week-end.
I’ll plan on planning it! Toby, do you see what we’re planning?
Why are you still up?
It’s 0804. Of course I’m up! Time’s awastin’! I got things to do.
Gosh, it’s quiet here tonite
It really is. I was thinking Rave would have something to say, but after accosting me, he has fallen silent.
LOL - you too? Sometimes I think I have the plague.
Hi Jem - how are you? I’ll probably find out when I read the thread.
I was thinking about you today, wondering why you are sick so much. That’s not good......are you allergic to - your undisclosed location? :)
Here I am! After a long day at work. Work really cuts into my freeping time. If gas wasn’t so high, I’d give up work. People, I could fill up my tank for $13 just 1.5 years ago. This week, it took $40 U.S. Dollars!!!
I keep hoping my little Saturn SC will break down so I can justify buying a Mini-Cooper. Surely they get better gas mileage.
Gas was $3.93/gallon when I filled up. This is just sad.
hello. People voted for change in the last election, and there was quite a Tidal Wave. somehow I don’t think they were seeking higher gas prices.
I’m going to bed now. See you tomorrow
Good night - sleep tight - don’t let the bed bugs bite.
Granny, I remember as a youngin’ in Kansas, there was a gas war. Remember those? The lowest price per gallon I saw was 13 cents.
That must have been when Ike was president.
Yes, we got change. Do you think we can afford any more CHANGE?
It does seem that I’m sick a lot, doesn’t it? Nothing really serious, but a whole slew of minor complaints that slow me down or stop me. I’ve managed to get my work load lightened enough that it doesn’t affect others doing their work. Which means I don’t have many responsibilities here.
I’m well on the mend and have resumed “normal” activities. That means I was able to sub for a teacher for two hours yesterday and today I’m attending my regularly scheduled meetings. I have one coming up in an hour and another tonight. Then, tomorrow morning, I’ll be setting up another workshop, leading chapel and have a meeting with another person about a banquet coming up. All in all, I’ll be through about 1030.
Good morning to the Dawn Patrol.
Sweet dreams, Jem!
A little early. I have a Bible Study and will be out for about another 3 hours.
