My Dragon Fly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

Great! The temperature pattern here recently has been so un-California like by being a lot cooler than normal.

Then this isn’t a result of the Gore effect, right?
To: NY Attitude
Nah, we had weather before we had GORE!
Gore is a snore
his attitude
a bore
he’s a no nothing
political wonk
he is an elitist
who thinks he can
beat us with
bullshits and carbon
foot prints
and cow farts amassing
in the heavens will kill us.
The dizzy dufus is with us
cause he is king of the loonies
he says things like the oceans
will drown us, the gas clouds
will hound us, the sky is falling
we must bow to his crapola
we just hold our noses
and hope this nut case
will explode from his own mass.

Nah, we had weather before we had GORE! True. It seems that all of the environmentalists are jumping on the Gore bandwagon. He an Kermit make a great pair (Kermit being green that is).

A first grade teacher explains to her class that she is a White Sox fan. She asks her students to raise their hands if they were Sox fans too. Not really knowing what a Sox fan was but wanting to be like their teacher, their hands explode into the air like fleshy fireworks.
There is, however, one exception. One girl has not gone along with the crowd. The teacher asks her why she has decided to be different. "Because I'm not a Sox fan."
Then, asks the teacher, what are you?
"Why I'm proud to be a Chicago Cubs fan," boasts the little girl.
The teacher is a little perturbed now, her face slightly red. She asks the girl why she is a Cubs fan.
"Well, My Dad and Mom are Cubs fans, and I'm a Cubs fan too."
The teacher is now angry. "That's no reason," she says loudly. "What if your Mom was a moron, and your dad was a moron. What would you be then?"
A pause, and a smile. "Then," says the girl, "I'd be a White Sox fan."
