The impression I get from the photos with Humus always lurking in the background holding something is that of the queens of England who historically are always accompanied by a favored Lady-in-Waiting who carries the purse with money, the aspirins, the hanky, etc. They are glorified lackeys and gofers culled from the ranks of noble families.

All of which befits Her Heinous and her exalted impressions of herself. I imagine if she becomes president, she will have someone in front of her with rose petals and someone behind her holding her train.
