Cindy "Nurse Ratchet" McCain had that frozen look during the times I have seen her up close on TV. One time she was really, really weird when John Sidney was addressing the New York Times articles and her mouth kept smiling but not her face. I presume she was amused at the fibs he was telling.

John Kerry must have had his share of Botox. His face changed also in color during the 2004 elections.

She’s still a beautiful woman, just that she needs to slow up on the Botox and let her forehead actually move. This Dr cracks me up, talking about Kidman scaring patients away. The likes of Michael Jackson, Joan Rivers, Cher, Tara Reid, Melanie Griffith and all these humongous lips walking around would scare me more.
