Cindy "Nurse Ratchet" McCain had that frozen look during the times I have seen her up close on TV. One time she was really, really weird when John Sidney was addressing the New York Times articles and her mouth kept smiling but not her face. I presume she was amused at the fibs he was telling.
John Kerry must have had his share of Botox. His face changed also in color during the 2004 elections.
I'm more inclined to believe Cindy McCains facials expressions are the result of her stroke than from Botox
