A shame Kenny Gamble converted to Islam and runs one of the most corrupt charities in the Philadelphia area. Wrote some great tunes back in the day.
Dave Clark Five? Are you s(censored) me? What next, the Archies?*
*I think Don Kirshner, who really was "The Archies" may be in the hall already.

About time Little Walter got inducted. One of the greatest harmonica blues men ever.

Why are there so darn many soul acts in the “Rock’n’Roll” HOF? Soul is fine, but it ain’t rock.

Rush belongs in the hall. ELP and Yes should have all recordings burned. What a load of pretentious merde. If only I could go back in time to break Rick Wakeman's fingers...
In all serousness, we would have been better off had Wakeman become a classical pianist, and Jon Anderson not ever gotten behind a microphone.
Jan Wenner remains a pillow biter...

I’d take Slim Whitman over any of these marginally talented selections

“Rock and Roll” is actually different from “Rock”. All of the music forms included in the Hall of Fame were either influenced by Rock and Roll or influenced Rock and Roll.

Yeah, unbelievable that Chicago isn’t in there.
Not to mention the entire GENRE of progressive rock. No King Crimson? No Yes? No ELP?
Isn’t there a word beyond pathetic to describe the losers behind this charade?

Madonna and John Mellencamp?
Maybe in the (bubble gum) Pop Hall of Fame.
Looking over the previous induction years, I think this is the worst class ever (and probably the only bad one). Definitely not going to help the Hall raise money.

If any other band from the first “British Invasion” deserves to be in the Hall, it’s the SEARCHERS! The DC 5? Give me a break!

Madonna is being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on Monday night, but unlike every other living artist that has been awarded this honor, Madonna is refusing to perform. That's not true. When the Grateful Dead were inducted, Jerry Garcia (still alive and performing at the time) didn't even show up. The rest of the band brought a lifesize cutout of Jerry instead.

“The rest of the band brought a lifesize cutout of Jerry instead.”.....
A life size cutout of Madonna would work. At least she wouldn’t sing!
