No likey the round about way to get to the old drop down type search! You have to open a thread to get to it. It is on the top right of each thread. We should not have to open a thread to get to the search engine!!!!

Yes but it only appears if a thread is open! SEARCH should be available on every page like it was before!

Takes a bit to get used to it, but I am alright with it. I wish they had added a edit function though.

(Contrary to popular belief, the search function works just fine.)

Was weirded out when logged in today. So much change.
It looks clean, tidy, and sleek. But it just isn't the same FR layout.
Eventually, it will probably seem to be 'normal.'

    Also on the bottom left.
And what's with all the freepers mentioning an upper right search?

    thanks!!!!!
Up in the top corner of the page. No drop downs, though.
To search by user, key in by:username. To search by keyword, just type it in, to search by title, you can also just key that in, as long as it isn’t a keyword it will give a title search. To be safe, you can use title:some article title here to force a title search.
I’m going to make a few adjustments that will make this a little more apparent, with those changes I think most people will catch on after a few uses.

So, does everyone like the new format of FR?Not particularly.
I deal with change on an everyday basis in my job. (I'm a lab rat)
I am a creature of habit otherwise.
I still think it needs some type of title bar at the top. It just doesn't scream FR at present.
