My Dragon Fly and Me

If I could be a Dragon Fly
and wing my way through the sky
I would never be shy
just me and my Dragon Fly!

By moonlight we ride the wind
chase the comets tail for fun
by day we would hide from the sun
our fragile wings would come undone

On darkest nights we would use
fireflies as our guide
we would dip and we would glide
through the heavens open wide
and scatter diamonds in the night sky
my Dragon Fly and me...

And we would wing past our lovers
silent in the night...
to kiss their face in our flight
much to their surprise and delight
my Dragon Fly and me in sight...

Such a view do we share
away up here in the air
of breezes soft through our hair
my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

Yup, and for asthetics, it even has a small version of a cement pond to boot. LOL.

We just moved higher, on and near the edge of the water, safer that way.

Reminds me of one of the houses I lived in as a kid in Philly. It was called a “Father, Son, Holy Ghost” house because it was a 3 1/2 room house where each room was above the other.

If I remember correctly, the rooms were no larger than 9’ x 12’ in size.

9x12 isn’t bad. I remember two apartments on HGTV that impressed me. Both were eight feet wide and 16 and 20 feet long. One in Ireland, Dublin I believe, went for tons of money.

Soldiers face action over naked antics

By Gary Cleland
Last Updated: 7:01am GMT 04/03/2008

Eight British soldiers have been ordered home from Arctic training exercises in Norway after they reportedly stripped naked and urinated on each other in a bar.

"It's being taken extremely seriously," a spokesman for the Ministry of Defence said. "We can confirm that eight soldiers from 59 Commando Regiment Royal Engineers were arrested by the Norwegian police following inappropriate behaviour.

"All eight soldiers have been released, having paid a fine. The soldiers were in Norway on exercises and have now returned to the UK.

"The unit will consider internal disciplinary action against the soldiers regarding this incident."

The alleged antics, which included inappropriate gestures and comments made to female customers, occurred at the Sfinx Bar in the town of Harstad, the nearest urban centre to the military bases.

The soldiers were arrested by local police later in the evening.

"They were drunk and there was a problem in the bar, but we are quite used to dealing with British soldiers like this," Harstad police spokesman Gair Pederson told the Daily Mail.
