My Dragon Fly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly
and wing my way through the sky
I would never be shy
just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind
chase the comets tail for fun
by day we would hide from the sun
our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use
fireflies as our guide
we would dip and we would glide
through the heavens open wide
and scatter diamonds in the night sky
my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers
silent in the night...
to kiss their face in our flight
much to their surprise and delight
my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share
away up here in the air
of breezes soft through our hair
my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

It will see saw like this for awhile..I did get get some major pruning done on the Nandina hedges..just hoping it puts on new growth as I left it looking kinda barren.

Oh Jasmine, sooooo exotic! I was just looking for Lavender on line, I just love the stuff. I heard on a TV show that is it a good flea repellent, I don’t have fleas hanging around, but thought that was interesting, seems fleas don’t like lavender.

I know the posters reporting are N of Dallas..I have been there when we had a really beautiful heavy snow but it is usually a one time a winter thing and doesn’t last long. I am about 100 miles south and got no snow at all.
