My Dragon Fly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

It is going well so far but it is early yet, so anything can happen. My regular job is about to drive me nuts but it is not a long drive, been really busy trying to put the fininshing touches on a proposal. Sounds like things are starting to heat up and Mookie and Iran are flexing their muscles. I have to get ready and head out the door to the weekend stint. See you later. Stay safe.

LOL I was going back and listening last night, too.
There is a lot of music on this thread for sure. I posted thirty tunes, Tom must have posted that many or more.

The music yesterday was great!

Thanks, glad you got a chance to listen and enjoy. I will leave mine up until Sunday night, so if you miss any you have until then to listen.
Both Tom and myself have lots of experience being DeeJays. ;0)

Perhaps, Ms Feather would like to make Fridays "Music" daze here in the Larder????

Okay by me, working folks look forward to a kick back day and music is one way to do it. Our regular posters enjoy the tunes and that is where our priorities are. Our troops and Vets enjoy poetry too, so it serves a grand audience.
We can do both here, Poetry and Musical Poetry. ;0)
We are pretty quite here most of the time, a little noise in the Lair is fine.

Look at the number of views compared to the number of posts.

LOL I was going back and listening last night, too.Much of the time I don't listen to any of the Canteen's music on Saturday, but yesterday, you two posted the kinds of music I like best. Yes, even the classical ranked among my favorites.
Not only was I up late listening to your posts, I listened to some more than twice.

That's good to know. I for one cannot stand the head banging stuff that passes for music today, however, the younger set does. For the Canteen, their target is our Troops and they are in today's music world.
I play what I like to hear, I have an eclectic range of music I enjoy. I do enjoy Classical music, Irish Tenors and Italian Tenors. ;0) A little of everything I would say.
Tom did a bang up job yesterday, thank you, Tom. He had a good selection of music.

Afternoon, tomkow!
Hey, I'm in the Dark Hour or whatever time now (8:21 p.m.) and all my lights are on, my TV's on, my computer's on and I'm trying to figure out what else I can power up.
Maybe I'll mute the TV, put the stereo on and crank up my blowdryer just for the heck of it.

I like heavy metal and some of its offspring. You two just happened to pick the stuff I like best in their categories. Is it your taste, too, I don't know. I just called it serendipity and loved the heck out of it.
