[Soaring Feather]

My Dragon Fly and Me

If I could be a Dragon Fly
and wing my way through the sky
I would never be shy
just me and my Dragon Fly!

By moonlight we ride the wind
chase the comets tail for fun
by day we would hide from the sun
our fragile wings would come undone

On darkest nights we would use
fireflies as our guide
we would dip and we would glide
through the heavens open wide
and scatter diamonds in the night sky
my Dragon Fly and me...

And we would wing past our lovers
silent in the night...
to kiss their face in our flight
much to their surprise and delight
my Dragon Fly and me in sight...

Such a view do we share
away up here in the air
of breezes soft through our hair
my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

Thank all of you for the warm birthday greeting and wonderful graphics. On a good note I did find some one to fix my computer. It was discovered that it could be repaired inexpensively and that it will be done tomorrow. However, I was told that I should go out and buy a UPS to prevent such occurrences in the future. I hope that everyone is having / had a great day and all are well.

YAY good news on the puter! Yes, one needs to have a surge protector/ now you know why.

I paid nearly $50.00 for mine, don’t go cheap on those, some of them are no more than extension cords with an off switch.

Well, I have not had a nap today so for me I count that as good. LOL

Looking for rain here, hoping for a shower. There is a pair of comedians coming here! I mean, here as in "right outside my window on the patio" here.

It seems these comedians have performed across Afghaniland at US bases, and we lucked out since we ARE the airport, so they'll do a show for us before flying out early tomorrow. Not the whole base, as not everyone speaks English or understands swearing. (Apparently they use some rough language here and there.)

But this is cool!
