Wings has what he calls a “man Cave.” No clue what that is as I haven’t seen it nor do I plan to. LOL.

Precious, how are you? Sound amazing, as usual.:)

I’m well. Returned home this weekend. Trotting back and forth from the computer to the tv. LOL.

"What POEM? ROFLOL. I didn’t get it.

"All about us is noise and bramble, thorn and din, each one of our ancestors on our tongues."

Snip

"Someone is trying to make music somewhere with a pair of wooden spoons on an oil drum with cello, boom box, harmonica, voice."

I'm not sure we were supposed to get it. LOL I don't think it was meant for us. LOL

He has refused to watch any of this and is hunting.

Not surprised to hear that. LOL

I seriously gave thought to heading to an island but decided I wouldn't be able to escape the news wherever I went.

Still youthful I am. But looking more and more like Yoda. You’re nice as ever, I see.

Oh please, let’s not go there. Having suffered through once, it’s enough.

This motorcade/parade thingie is amazing. Those people are nuts. LOL.

LOL. I’m certain the yoda part is false. Trust a good looking gentleman to disparage. :)

Yes, I feel pretty good today, in spite of it all. Truly I don’t feel bad about this.

Amazing what Darlin’ said about Hillary and the Congressman in heated discussion. ROFLOL. I can imagine.

YES! They are walking down the street now. I am SO glad our Presidents can still do that.

The man has said nothing truly significant in his career, nor has he eer done anything significant but they are cherring like he is a conquering hero. He is a cult leader and that screaming mob lining the streets are his camp followers.

Get this, John Lewis, Georgia congressman and former assistant to MLK, jr said this yesterday:

"I’ve been saying during the past day or so that the election of Barack Obama is a major down payment on the dream. The dream is not paid in full,” he says. “There’s still work to do. We’ve come a distance, we’ve made progress, but we still have a distance to go.

Down payment. A bumpy, bumpy road... again.

Yes, and they can thank President Bush that Washinton DC is safe enough that they are able to make this walk.

BTW, I think that brand new presidential limo is uuuuugly.

Did you see the Carter-Clinton mutual snub fest? It warmed my heart.

I did. Rosyln looks like Jimmys daugthter. ROFLOL.

I noticed the snub between Barrack and Hillary also. He didn’t shake hands with her as he did with Bill. Nor did she offer it. Hillary remained applauding LOL. Some of the snubs were poetic. Gore for example.

I still can’t stand the sight of Gorebot.

I understand.

I don’t have any rancor. I wasn’t in Country for all the prelims or the debates or much of anything really. No trench warfare for me this time. Not quite sure why, but just couldn’t do it.

I didn’t vote for Obama but I do wish him well and hope for his success. God knows our Country needs it. So, guess those are my thoughts.

I am totally amazed at this man’s popularity. It beats anything I’ve ever seen. Scares me a bit if it falls. There’s just no possible way he can live up to all the expectations he has created for himself. IMO.
